*Disclaimers for Both Tiers
  • Insurance: The monthly fee is a retainer for the enhanced services and access. It is typically not covered by health insurance. Patients must still have health insurance to cover costs associated with diagnostic testing, emergency services, hospitalizations, or other out-of-network services.
  • Medical Emergencies: For true life-threatening emergencies, patients must still call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. The 24/7 access is for clinical guidance and crisis intervention, not a substitute for hospital-level care.
  • Scheduled Appointments: All scheduled appointments (e.g., 30-minute, 45-minute, or 60-minute sessions) are professional services that may be billed to the patient's insurance (if the practice is in-network) or billed directly to the patient as a separate fee for service. The monthly retainer covers the timeaccess, and administrative benefits listed above, not the cost of the session itself.
